Superior Court Witness Information
Witnesses in the Franklin Leonard James case do not need to report for trial for the week of May 20 through May 31st, you will however, be resubpoenaed for the week of June 18th through June 21st
 
Witnesses in the Jerry Howard case please report as instructed. If you have any questions please contact Rosa L Simmons at (912) 652-8068.
 
Witnesses in the following cases are excused. If needed, you will be resubpoenaed at a later date:

State Court Witness Information
Witnesses in the Thaddeus Lucas R11010126 case need to report on Wednesday May 22 at 8:45 am to Judge Sapp’s Courtroom for Jury Trial.
 
Witnesses in the Naxiris McErlean R12080103 case need to report on Thursday May 23 at 8:45 am to Judge Sapp’s Courtroom for Jury Trial.
 
Witnesses in all other case subpoenaed for Jury Trials in Judge Sapp’s courtroom for May 21-23 DO NOT need to report.  If needed at a later date, you will be resubpoenaed.
